Kareena Kapoor amazed by Kalki Koechlin's baby bump


Mommy-to-be Kalki Koechlin graced Kareena Kapoor Khan’s chat show, ‘What Women Want’ and the duo had an interesting chit-chat before media. While welcoming Kalki, Bebo is awestruck to see Kalki’s six-month pregnancy figure. This is Kalki Koechlin’s first appearance after she announced pregnancy.

A video of their interatcuion surfaced on net. Kareena dressed in silk red gown asks Kalki about her baby bump. The latter reveals that she is six months pregnant. Surprised to hear Kalki, Kareena tells her "At six months I used to look like a cow!". She then compliments Kalki by saying "Absolutely brilliant.”

Kalki Koechlin was dressed in a double thigh-high slit and a short hairdo.

As a video of circulated on net, her fans couldn’t stop from sharing their own feedback. A fan asked, “What makes Kareena the Kareena is natural effervescence and chilled attitude.She is poo in real life too.” Another said, “Why does Kareena sing while talking.” Praising Kalki for her new look, a fan commented, “Lol when did this happen I saw her few days ago no belly in sight. she looks soo beautiful.”

Kalki posted a picture with Kareena on Instagram and captioned it, “Mummy queens.” She also posted a solo picture of herself and wrote, “Second trimester confidence.”

Kalki is pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Guy Hershberg. The ‘Dev D’ actress is due in December. Revealing her pregnancy, Kalki said that she is already feeling the change in her and that the pregnancy has made her more patient.

"I already feel the changes in the way I react to things. I am more deliberate, slower, more patient. When motherhood comes eventually, it brings with it a new consciousness to your sense of person. I still want to work but it is less about the rat race and more about nurturing oneself through one's work. It becomes about infusing concentration and energy inward," she said.

The 35-year-old further revealed that she plans to give birth to her baby via water delivery. Preparing for her water delivery, Kalki Koechlin has already started preparing for it. Kalki is now spending time listening to Guy's music - who is a pianist, going for walks with him and doing yoga. She has also reduced the use of mobile phones.

Breaking the news of her pregnancy last month in an interview to Hindustan Times Brunch in September, she had said, “Motherhood began with my brother, who is much younger than I am. I remember watching him come home from school one day, he must have been seven or eight, with a project on climate change and thinking ‘this is such a renewal of innocence’. Children take us back to the basics; remind us of what is important. Also, just wanting to experience pregnancy, of feeling this life grow inside you.”
