Akshara Haasan private pics leaked: Ex-boyfriend Tanuj Virwani quizzed
Kamal Haasan’s younger daughter Akshara Haasan lodged police complaint after her private pictures were leaked online. In this matter, police questioned Akshara’s ex-boyfriend Tanuj Virwani, son of Rati Agnihotri.
A senior officer from Versova Police Station said, "Akshara was using an iPhone 6 till 2013, which had the photos. Prima facie investigation has revealed the photos were shared with Tanuj in 2013. He may be summoned for questioning."
Recently, in an interaction with Spotboye.com, Tanuj revealed that Akshara had sent him these pictures in 2013 when they were dating. The duo was in a relationship for four years from 2013-2017.
Talking about the leaked pictures, Tanuj said, "Right. The same ones. But they were for my eyes only. And I certainly haven't let them out. I used to see those pictures and delete them."
Tanuj's spokesperson told the Indian Express: "Tanuj is absolutely aware of what Akshara must be going through. We are more than happy to cooperate with the police or with any kind of investigation, so as the culprit gets punished and gets caught. Tanuj is going to give it his all and whatever is needed of him."
The spokesperson also added that Tanuj and Akshara mutually ended their relationship and since then they are good friends. "They are still friends. If Akshara ever had anything of this sort in mind to accuse Tanuj, then I am sure she would not have been talking to him for so many months, almost years after the break-up."
Akshara Haasan filed an FIR in the Versova police station and investigation is underway.
Earlier this month, Akshara had shared after the incident on her social media account, "Who did this, and why, is not known to me yet. But what I do know that it is deeply unfortunate to make a young girl the victim of such an act only for a pervert mind’s enjoyment."
